Between President Trump and a republican House and a republican Senate, a strong Republican tilt to the supreme Court, I'm not sure you can compare us to any old G7 country in Europe. Just my opinion, but that's the way I figure it.
Unless we can fix it in constitutional amendments, I suspect that there would be a strong temptation to radically change our health care system every time we change our political administration in Washington.
