When I was running through the projections how it seemed to me and I wasn't trying to list everybody. I just wanted to give a good sampling of them. Cecil land is less expensive than Hartford land and there's a perception that the zoning isn't tied down as tight as Cecil. So I was under the assumption that if somebody wants to go up in that area, they're going to go into Cecil not Harford. Now that's not absolute. One good meeting between your Economic development people or your county executive could turn that around quickly.
What is MACo providing to county leadership as education and impact tools or policy guidelines and what should residents be on the lookout for regarding public record on potential data center development activities?
Hi Barry - would be very interested in any data points you have on this analysis relative to Harford County.
