I heard speculation from somebody who knows the Senate pretty well that the next Senate President could be Rosapepe from Prince George's County. That would hand the speakership and the presidency over to Prince George's and that would make a lot of people very upset. To make the geography balance, they say that Baltimore already has Brooke Lierman and the governor.

IMO he is too old and would just be a caretaker. The next Senate will probably be majority minority. He is 75.
