A county seal represents the institution not the individual temporarily holding office. It should remain neutral, consistent, and free from any appearance of campaign branding or personal sorority affiliation.
When official imagery begins to mirror campaign colors or personal identity aesthetics, even unintentionally, it blurs a line that should remain clear.
The seal belongs to the residents of Prince George’s County not to any one administration.

If your salary and accepted role are contingent on serving constituents, then serve the constituents. That’s the problem with many elected officials. They kinda forget they are civil servants.
Isn't this some kind of campaign law violation? It feels like it should be. She put her campaign colors and slogan around the county seal... was this for an official event??? Or a campaign event... If it was an official event, that feels like she is using official events to promote her campaign. (Wala Blegay is doing similar, flooding my inbox and mailbox with "official" literature, when really it seems like it's all designed to make sure voters remember her name in her upcoming primary.)
And if it was a campaign event... is she allowed to use the county seal on her campaign? Cuz that feels like the answer to that should be no...
Worst county administration in PG history. The council chair, Wala, and most, outside of Jolene Ivey, are so corrupt, need to be arrested and tried for fraud and other crimes.
