Does LaPin getting 43% against Ferguson largely using social media indicate that he articulates or influences thoughts by the Maryland electorate (or at least, Baltimore)?
I think Bobby made a big mistake. He ran a rather effective campaign, but he did not mention that Bill Ferguson was responsible for raising electric and gas rates through sb1 2024. It was a dirty bill and Bill knew it was going to Jack the rates up and he did it anyway because he didn't really care what happened to his voters. He assumed that he was so strong in Annapolis. He didn't have to worry about his district. If Bobby had campaigned on that issue and made the vote a referendum on Bill raising their power bills, we'd be talking about Senator Bobby right now.
