I spotted this one because I always read Sarah Peters. She is a hard-working young lobbyist at HBS, and she posts the documents that matter before the rest of us catch up. This week she posted the draft report of the Workgroup to Study the Rise in Adverse Decisions in the State Health Care System, and if you work health care in Maryland, you need to read it before December 1. That is when the final report lands, five weeks before the General Assembly gavels in on January 13, and everything in it is a 2027 bill waiting to be written.
