Chuck Cook seems almost certain to flip the seat now held by Republican Stuart Schmidt, who barely won in 2022. Schmidt seems to vote with the Democrats more often than any other GOP delegate, probably won't save him.

Republican Senator Bill Folden seems like the top target in that body for a flip. So Moore's investment in Lara Westrup seems logical.

I can understand Moore helping the Democratic challenger in Wicomico, since the Republican incumbent is an appointee and the former GOP delegate in that district (Carl Anderton, who voted more often than Schmidt with Democrats, now works for Moore. Maybe Anderton will be helping the campaign there.
