The problem is when you retired you took yor expertise with you. You are valuable and not enough is done to retain the expertise that goes back for years. I put in the new system in for South Carolina's Dept of Revenue and when we had issues with Fraud Detection I got Manny on the phone and he had the experts at the Comptroller's office to help us. That is because Maryland used to be the best. And it should be again. Also Manny Welch is awesome and i am glad he is helping Wes Moore.
